Count the days between two dates, see how many are weekdays, or find the date that is a number of days before or after another.
Common uses
- Days until a vacation, wedding or due date.
- Notice periods and contract deadlines, for example a 90-day probation period.
- Counting business days for payments and deliveries.
- Tracking days in Canada for residency or citizenship applications.
Including the end date
By default the calculator counts the days from the start date up to, but not including, the end date, which is how durations are usually measured. Tick the box to include the end date, which is useful for counting days of work or of a stay.
About weekdays
The weekday count excludes Saturdays and Sundays but not statutory holidays. Subtract holidays such as Canada Day or Labour Day yourself if they fall in your range.
FAQ
Can I calculate someone’s age?
